4 email campaigns sent per month.
There is an "automatic" email campaign sent out to all of your opt-in clients called "Where to Next?" which counts towards that quota.
Plus there is a "TRAVALERT" set of email campaigns that automatically send
last-minute and limited-time promotions to your clients, which also counts
towards your quota.
Q: If I don't meet the monthly quota, what is the fee for using the product?
A: The fee for MarketEaseOnline is only $10/month, and that's
only if the minimum quota is not met for that month.
Q: Is there a maximum number of email specials I can send out monthly?
A: No, our goal is to give you unlimited marketing at no cost to you.
Q: Are the emails sent from my ISP?
A: No, all emails are sent from the MarketEaseOnline servers, thus you are not limited by your ISP.
Q: Since the emails are sent from MarketEaseOnline, will my clients see that they are from me?
A: Yes. Each email is customized to include your email address and specific agency information. The recipient sees the email as coming direct from you.
Q: Where will responses to the emails go when a client has a question?
A: Since the email was sent using your email address as the From/Reply To address, all inquiries will be returned direct to your email address.
Q: Are the emails sent to a group all at once?
A: Each email is personalized for the client so they are sent individually and there are no carbon copies.
Q: If I have outside agents can they also use this free marketing tool?
A: Yes. Each agent can be setup with their own "database" of information within MarketEaseOnline. They can enter their own agency information (such as agency name, contact info, logo, etc.) and use their own email address so all emails go out from them and responses come directly back to them.
Q: Can I add my logo to my email blasts?
A: Yes. You can customize the header and footer of the emails which can include your logo. Just email a copy of your logo to
support@MarketEaseOnline.com and they will get it setup for you.
Q: Are there training sessions for MarketEaseOnline?
